You see what happened was...

the zone decided to play sports and a high school field this morning before it go to hot so we didnt email till later..but then we all got lunch and went up to the top of a mtn so then we had to come home... and shop and now i am emailing! so this will be another short email. sorry. next week will be better i promise! now time for the cools story of the week!

1. I contacted a guy that had gotten shot. haha

2. a homeless man called me beautiful. great. haha

3. We had a horrible week! everyone was gone, no one wanted to let us in...but then at church on sunday was had a lady walk in and say that they hermanas had given her a card and she decided to look up the church and find it!! she is so awesome!! I am so excited!! we also taught rose again and told her about having a prophet today and she was like. wow. thats so cool. and then i mentioned the 12 apostles and she was like. we have 12 apostles too? Where are they? at the moment? no idea. hahaha probably salt lake or all around the world. i love her so much!

Sorry But..

This email is going to be short. SORRY!

This week was great! Really busy, and hot. where is my cold weather!? as in where is my 70 degree weather. haha 

Well like i said. this is going to be super short, so for those of you who can listen to the recording, enjoy and for the rest of you, sorry! 

Pretty much we spent the week getting lost and it was an adventure! We were also told my multiple people to not go downtown after dark. thanks homeless guy. haha :) 

Oh but we found this new investigator named rosalee! she is amazing! she had so many questions and I knew the answers to all of them! thanks to the restoration and plan of salvation. as we left she was like "ill do whatever as long as it gets me to heaven when i die!" yes mam, we will help you with that!

Todo.. I dont think we are in monterey any more..

So I am in.... drum roll... San Jose California! "do you know the way to san jose..." cuz i dont. this whole city confuses me. all WHY IN THE BLASTED HECK IS IT SO HOT!!!???!?!?!?!?!?! hahaha okay so its only like 88 degress. but really I have been in 65 to 70 degree weather for 6 months. its too hot here. SEND ME BACK! hahaha

So my email today shall be a tribute to Monterey. hahaha

Monday- we partied. went fishing... went to a chocolate factory.. went to breakfast... went to lunch.. went to nana vega's... went to my monterey family (krystal- May's sister) for dinner and then went to fhe for the last time which was convienently a bonfire on the beach. hahaha it was great.

Tuesday- got up relaly early and went to the beach to exercise. and when i say exersice i mean we sat in mays car because krystal had brought up hot chocolate. then we got slurpies with the elders at the 76. i didnt get one though. haha
then off to san jose for transfer meeting! i was one of the last ones called. but my comp is now sister Powell and I am in the south san jose Zone. should be fun! the week was crazy busy and i am still learning a lot about the ares so we shall go back to my monterey times now. hahaha I HAD A BAPTISM!!! His name is nasean, i might have mentioned him before. the sister right before me found him in monterey and then i taught him and then elders taught him and he finally got baptized on saturday! so I got to go back. except it was in santa cruz because he just moved there. haha but it was so fun!! I got to see all my favorite people again!!! and nasean was so happy. it was amazing.
well I am not going to go bombard you all with pictuers so thats the end of this email!

The time has come...

So good news and bad news of the week! lets start with the bad news. I asked Sister Mella, president mella's wife if we could listen to les mis music. still no. dang it. 6 more months, I can do this right! also other bad news, im getting transfered. So now for the good news! there is none. oh other bad news. there is no recording this week. I have been to busy with transfers. so yep it was that kind of week. hahaha So now I will just tell you about my week! 

Monday- We went to big sur, it had purple sand. it was awesome! also for the ysa fhe they played minute to win it games. yes I did stack 3 golf balls on top of each other. yes! 

Tuesday- we went up to san jose to meet president mella! wow that this week. dang its been a long week. haha So president mella is awesome!! I think I am really going to like him. i really dont want to get transfered but maybe i will go up to san jose where I am close  to the mission office so i can get to know them better! he should be a lot of fun! the rest of tuesday... ummm oh I saw young oak and thomas and jason for the last time. I really hate transfers. also went to volleyball for the last time. Man I am going to miss that. 

Wednesday- i really dont remember wednesday.... i think a lot of appointments cancelled... haha 

Thursday!- it was awesome! we had a stacked day full of lessons! and I got to see Mary and that was great and she got me a DLI sweatshirt in arabic.. yes I am weird... no I dont care... haha

friday-the 4th of july!!! great day. full of service. haha we helped at the monterey parade. it was great except for the part where I wasnt actually able to see the parade because we got the random spot that is out in the boonies. hahaha oh well it was still fun! and then we went to Nana Vegas. she is in the 1st ward, so the elders ward. we did service for her and had lunch. it was so fun! and then we went to dinner and then we went to an appointment... oh and by this point I knew i was getting transfered because sis smith got a training call on thursday night so that sucked.. haha and then we went to the beach!! our mission president rocks. he gave us all permission that we could be out till 10 and back in our appartments by 1030 if we had mbrs or investigators that invited us to watch fireworks etc. SWEET! except that monterey doesnt do fireworks. so May and Seth and May's family (who are pretty much my second family) invited us to a bonfire and we all had smores and played football on the beach with a light up bouncey ball. we got creative! It was great fun! and then at 2 in the morning I woke up and some people were doing illegal fire works at the park by our house so that fun. haha 

saturday- also a good day..

sunday... also a good day... sorry i am running out of time! 

But over all it was a great last week in monterey, and I am really going to miss this place. like a lot. a lot. but hey change is good right? I think. maybe not. haha
